Hi this is Ryan with Screen Rant’s featured news of the day.

The early reviews for Batman V Superman haven’t been too great.

But In the midst of everyone fighting about whether or not the film was actually any good, many viewers agreed on one point: The fact that Gal Gadot stole the show as Wonder Woman.

As if trying to put out some of the fires caused by negative Batman Versus Superman reviews - the studio has released a new image and details about the upcoming Wonder Woman movie -- the one part of Batman V Superman that most people agree they want more of.

Released through Entertainment Weekly, the image gives us a look at Diana in her Pre-Wonder Woman days -- accompanied by some of the Amazon Warrior Women that help sculpt her into the hero she’ll become-- They’re played by Connie Neilsen, Lisa Loven Kongsli and Robin Wright.

As for the setting of the photo, producer Charles Roven explained that “It’s a place that has the ‘you’ve never been to’ kind of feel. But once you’re there you’re not so sure you really want to leave so fast.”

One thing that some fans are pointing out about the photo is that the armor seems to be impractical, with high heels and a lot of exposed skin-- is an old-school comic-book trope that gets a lot of criticism these days.

But according to the film’s director Patty Jenkins the look is intentional – and serves a purpose.

I hope she’s right, because trust me, it’s not easy to move fast in heels.

I mean, I haven’t tried it. I--- a friend told me.
